We accept payment by Debit and Credit Cards. Please ring for details of our Christmas and New Year tariff.
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. The remaining balance is due one month before arrival. In the event of cancellation the balance remains payable if the property is not re-let. We will endeavour to re-let the accommodation for you. We strongly advise guests to take out cancellation insurance.
The tariff includes all linen and towels. The electricity is payable by meter (£1 coins).
We provide a simple welcome pack containing some coffee, tea, sugar, milk, biscuits and chocolates. Basic toiletries and kitchen products are also included. This comes with our compliments.
Check-in time on day of arrival is 4:00pm and we ask that guests vacate the apartments by 10:00am on day of departure. If you anticipate a later time of arrival will you please let us know your approximate arrival time to ensure that we are here to welcome you.
Please note that we do not allow smoking in our apartments. Pets by prior arrangement only.
